Have you had enough of the winter weather? For most of the U.S. the temperatures have been rather chilly and quite snowy in many parts of the country.

So, what can you do if you have the Winter Blues? Do you belong to a health club? Sitting in a sauna or hot tub is one idea to help with warmth and relaxation. Exercising will help with blood flow and provide warmth. Hanging out with friends may lift your spirits. Going to the library or a movie are two other indoor options when the weather is blah outside.

Most of all, it’s A T T I T U D E ……….. Keep your chin up. Spring is just around the corner. Start planning a vacation for spring break which will help those that want to get away from the snow and ice.

For some the holiday season is stressful. For others, it is full of fun and excitement. Make those checklists and check them twice to keep you on track this holiday season. Each evening, a checklist should be made for the next day. It will help you stay on track to accomplish all the things you would like to get done during this busy time. It’s easy to forget things or put them off until the last minute. Rushing creates stress! Count on those checklists to keep you on track.

Coaches are great accountability partners. Coaches can help you move forward to reach your desired goals. It’s common to procrastinate. It’s easier to say I’ll do it tomorrow instead of getting it done today. Making checkslists are a great way to keep track of what needs done. It also feels great to highlight and cross off what’s been accomplished.

Coaches Tip: Make a daily and weekly checklist
